SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on most items within the continental United States. Any applicable shipping charges for international orders or expedited options will appear at checkout.
Packaging
Smaller prints (5x7, 12x18, and 16x24) are shipped flat with sturdy backing boards in protective envelopes—ready to frame with or without a mat. Larger 24x36 prints are carefully rolled in heavy-duty tubes to keep them safe and pristine during shipping.
Processing Times
• In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days.
• Made-to-order and backordered items ship within 3–5 business days after completion.
• Commissioned artworks and special projects may require additional time depending on the artist’s schedule and touring commitments.
Estimated Delivery Times
• In-stock prints and artworks: typically arrive within 7–10 business days (U.S. only).
• Commissioned or special-order pieces: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and scheduling.
We will confirm your expected timeline during purchase.

Shipping Costs
Unless marked as “Free Shipping,” all shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and method.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees required by their country.
Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and email photos to art@fourthrealm.art. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or other available options in accordance with our Return Policy.
Pick-Up & Storage
If you arrange your own pickup or delivery, artwork must be collected within 30 days of notice. After 30 days, storage fees may apply. If a piece remains unclaimed for over one year, ownership and associated rights may revert to Fourth Realm Fine Art.
