You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information which is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products; however, we cannot guarantee your device’s display accuracy. Art prints are produced on professional, archival-quality papers or canvases. Paper weight, texture, and surface may vary slightly over time based on availability, but all materials meet our quality standards.
Refund and exchange eligibility:
-
Prints: Eligible for return or exchange without a restocking fee.
-
In-stock original artwork: Eligible for return or exchange subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the retail price or 50% of the sale price, whichever is less.
-
Commissioned artworks: Due to their personalized nature and effort required, commissioned artworks are non-refundable once ordered.
If an artwork is lost, damaged, or stolen before delivery, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it. Payments made for commissioned artworks reflect compensation for the creative process, with the finished artwork being the result of that effort.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction. We may limit quantities of any product or service and change descriptions or pricing at any time without notice. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address.
In the event of a change or cancellation, we may notify you via email or phone.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
For more details, please review our Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsements.
Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.
Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or actions of any third-party sites.
Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit comments, ideas, or other materials to us (whether requested or not), you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content we find unlawful, offensive, or violating these Terms.
You agree not to submit content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or includes malicious code or false information. You are solely responsible for your submissions.

SECTION 21 – CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AND REGISTRY TERMS
Every Michael Israel artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) in the buyer’s name.
The COA helps verify that the artwork is genuine and records the registered owner.
Each artwork is listed in the Michael Israel Art Registry, which tracks sales, transfers, ownership history, and other authentication data.
Ownership and Replacement
Only the registered owner may request a new COA if theirs is lost or damaged.
Otherwise, proof of sale or transfer—or an official authenticity review—is required.
If you are purchasing an artwork for someone else, please list their name as the purchaser so the COA can be registered correctly.
Changing the registered owner after purchase requires a review and may include a fee.
For requirements, fees, and timelines, please visit the Certificates page and choose the option that fits your needs.
Transfers and New Owners
If someone other than the registered owner requests a COA or ownership verification, we will first attempt to contact the last registered owner to confirm the sale or transfer.
With proof of sale or transfer (bill of sale, receipt, or signed Official Michael Israel Sale/Transfer Form), the registry will be updated, and a new COA may be issued in the new owner’s name.
Without proof, an authenticity review is required before a new COA can be issued. The new COA will list the last registered owner and the current holder, noting that the transfer has not been verified.
For all requirements, fees, and timelines, please visit the Certificates page and choose the option that fits your needs.
Accuracy and Liability
We maintain the registry with care and accuracy; however, Michael Israel, Michael Israel Inc., and affiliates assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, missing records, or any loss that may result from reliance on registry information or COAs.
The registry exists to protect collectors and prevent fraud.
Fake COAs, false claims, or copied artworks may result in denial of authentication, suspension of registry entries, and possible legal action.
We may request additional proof or refuse to issue a COA if authenticity or ownership cannot be confirmed.
General Notice
All fees, policies, and timelines are subject to change without notice.
Registry services are provided as a courtesy to collectors—they are not insurance, appraisals, or legal guarantees of ownership or value.
By purchasing an artwork or requesting any COA or registry service, you agree to these terms and release Michael Israel, Michael Israel Inc., and Fourth Realm Fine Art from any responsibility for registry decisions, errors, or results.
